Between you and the Maison, Louis Vuitton retains absolute and unassailable ownership of all elements that define this digital atelier—every stitch of code, each brushstroke of imagery, and the very architecture of this platform. From the symphony of our multimedia to the alchemy of our software, every detail is a protected masterpiece, as singular as a hand-painted trunk from 1854. Your passage through this space, while privileged, confers no claim—just as admiring a Speedy bag does not bestow its blueprint. The legacy remains ours alone to steward.

 

SECTION 3- PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or any other provision hereof, you acknowledge and agree, as follows:

1. Not to access the Site using any automated means, including, without limitation, harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers;
2. Not to engage in multi-level marketing using the Site, including, without limitation, pyramid schemes, and similar marketing concepts;
3. Not to upload, use or disseminate viruses or other malicious code or other abusive scripts or processes;
4. Not to solicit personal information of another person or request or obtain access to an account of another person;
5. Not to bully, intimidate, or harass any person;
6. Not to use the Site in any manner that is, or could reasonably be construed to be, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent, misleading, malicious or discriminatory;
7. Not to take any action that could disable, overburden, or impair the operation or availability of the Site, such as a denial-of-service attack;

11. It is prohibited for one person to use multiple accounts. The use of multiple accounts will be detected by the system as an arbitrage violation and will be subject to account freezing/prohibition of withdrawal activities (to lift the risk control mechanism, a 20-50% deposit is required to apply for lifting)
12. Not to use patented, copyrighted, trademarked or other protected intellectual property without the written consent and authorization of the owner of such property;
13. Not to copy, distribute or disseminate the Site or any portion thereof, and not to transfer the Site, or any portion thereof, to another person or “mirror” the Site, or any portion thereof, on any other server;
14. Not to decompile or reverse engineer, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer, the Site or any portion thereof.

While we meticulously curate each displayed price, the Maison reserves the right to confirm final pricing during the sacred ritual of purchase—ensuring absolute accuracy as you acquire your piece of history.

Should a product's description, image, or price inadvertently stray from our exacting standards, we shall correct it with the same precision applied to our ateliers' quality control.

While we orchestrate every detail with the precision of a trunk-maker aligning his dovetails, we cannot assume responsibility for disruptions that may occur along the way.

SECTION 5- REFUSAL OF YOUR ORDER 

The Maison commits to maintaining the integrity of our digital atelier with the same vigilance applied to our physical boutiques. While we strive to mirror our inventory with precision worthy of a trunk-maker's ledger, rare discrepancies may occur beyond our artisans' control.

The Maison curates its collections with the devotion of our master artisans—yet the nature of true craftsmanship means some creations are fleeting masterpieces. While we honor each order with the solemnity of a trunk-maker's pledge, certain pieces may become unobtainable, as rare as the 1924 Malle Haute Montagne.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

SECTION 6- ERRORS AND OMISSIONS​

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese laws, and the courts of Japan will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms of sale.
